We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return most items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Perishable goods (such as food items) cannot be returned.
• Items must be returned within 5 days of the delivery date.

How to Return

1. Contact us at support@indiangroceryhub.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
