Are your products authentic and imported from India?

Yes. We source authentic Indian groceries, spices, lentils, snacks, and specialty items directly from trusted suppliers to bring you genuine flavours.

How do I know if an item is fresh?

All our products are stored properly and we regularly rotate our stock. Best-before and expiry dates are clearly marked on every item.

Do you sell in bulk?

Yes, many of our staples such as rice, flour (atta), and lentils are available in larger family and bulk sizes. Check the product page for available sizes.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the UK. Delivery times and charges are shown at checkout based on your location.

How long will my order take?

Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders above a minimum spend. The threshold is shown at checkout.

Is it safe to pay online?

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

What if my order arrives damaged?
